The kids loved the direct access to the river, giving us a chance for some scenic walks and fun outdoor activities.

The bathrooms definitely need an upgrade, as they appeared quite outdated and not very clean upon our arrival.

Mould and maintenance issues plagued several rooms, prompting at least one guest to switch rooms entirely. Small sizes of the rooms made it difficult to navigate with luggage, while the restaurant's food fell short, featuring frozen items and even rotten tomatoes. The bar service was notably slow, with delays of over 30 minutes just to get drinks. Families expressed frustrations about lack of timely updates on pool openings, with wait times extending to over an hour for minimal swimming time.

The pool was superb, but the check-in took ages.

Enjoyed the proximity to Ljubljana, had easy access via the bus stop right outside. The campsite offered a peaceful environment and was clean, with well-kept facilities. the included WiFi was insufficient, only reaching the reception area and very slow at that. The pool access cost an additional fee, which wasn't disclosed upfront. Dealing with the check-in process was frustrating as I had to wait idly for the barrier to open each time we left. The staff were polite but lacked hospitality skills, especially when discussing issues.

We had a good experience exploring the charming historic old town, where we tried local dishes like jota and idrijski žlikrofi, which my teenagers really enjoyed. The clean and spacious family suite was perfect for us and even had a little fridge to store snacks.

In my wife’s opinion, the communication regarding pool access needs improvement.

The room was EXTREMELY comfy, making it hard to leave! Breakfast options were expansive and delicious, definitely worth the price. I appreciated the peaceful environment around the campsite, creating a nice escape from the bustling city center. We discovered that the bus stop conveniently located outside made exploring the area a breeze.

We appreciated the spacious standard triple room with great heating and modern vibe. It had everything we needed like a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Loved the fitness centre and outdoor swimming pool too! Perfect stay for a group!
